Numbers. People. Processes. That’s the realm of Waynette Ray on any given day at Triad.
As our left-brain representative (hey, somebody’s got to have some logic and common sense), Waynette oversees finances of all Triad accounts, and manages daily operations of the agency. This includes time spent in an HR role, and sometimes, in training personnel. Prior to joining Triad, Waynette served as Controller for Satama, USA. She has extensive experience in accounting, personnel, and materials management for a number of healthcare organizations, including Humana, Hospital Corp of America (HCA), and the Medical Center of Mesquite.
When Waynette’s right-brain is activated, she spends time as an amateur black and white photographer, and an ancestry sleuth – she’s been researching her ancestry for the past 10 years. Waynette is more than happy to share numerous photos of her young granddaughter, McKenna, should anyone ask. (Sometimes, even if they don’t).
